I was quite excited revisiting Hoi An, it was one of my favourite places from my last visit to Vietnam. I certainly spent the longest amount of time here taking advantage of the then quiet town and the vast number of tailors to get some clothes made.
Besides the tailors there is plenty to do here, the UNESCO listed old town has an interesting river front location, there is some great food to eat, along with a multitude of cooking classes offered. With bicycles and motorcycles available to hire Hoi An’s proximity to a decent beach offers another option for those sunny days, just short 5km away.
Along with the compelling Cham ruins in My Son, relatively nearby, Hoi An is an awesome place to visit.
